Advanced deposit payment will be charged at time of reservation.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
Amendment or Cancellation must be made in written notice to provided email or contact form in the website.
Rates are charged in Thai Baht currency. Therefore, the amount shown on monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective credit card company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations

General Rate

Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur acharge of 100% of the booking value.
Any cancellation received more than 7 days prior to arrival date, arefund may be made via domestic bank transfer only (100 baht feeapplied).
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refundwill be given.

Promotional Rate

Any cancellation except promotion rate received more than 7 days prior to arrival date, arefund may be made via domestic bank transfer only (100 baht fee applied).

Pet

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Violators may be fined up to 5,000 baht.

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00 (noon)

• Extension of check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

• Late check-out after 14.00 – 100% of booking rate

• Upon check-in a room key deposit of 500 baht will be collected (Cash Only)
