Payment

  • Advanced deposit payment will be charged at time of reservation.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
  • Amendment or Cancellation must be made in written notice to provided email or contact form in the website.
  • Rates are charged in Thai Baht currency. Therefore, the amount shown on monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective credit card company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations
  • Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer only.
  • This promotional rate is non-refundable.
  • The conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Reservation

General Rate

  • Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur acharge of 100% of the booking value.
  • Any cancellation received more than 7 days prior to arrival date, arefund may be made via domestic bank transfer only (100 baht feeapplied).
  • Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refundwill be given.

Promotional Rate

  • Non-Refundable
  • Any cancellation except promotion rate received more than 7 days prior to arrival date, arefund may be made via domestic bank transfer only (100 baht fee applied).

All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).

Third person

• Child 0- 7 year(s) is able to stay for free if using existing beds.
• Allowed at 1 person per room only.
 
 

• Guests over 8 years old are considered adults

Important Note

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Violators may be fined up to 5,000 baht.
 
• Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00 (noon)
• Extension of check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
• Late check-out after 12.00 – 100% of booking rate
• Upon check-in a room key deposit of 500 baht will be collected (Cash Only)

For the comfort and health of our guests, this hotel room is a smoke-free environment. Violators may be fined up to 5,000 baht.

Number of guest is limited according to each room type. In case the guest bring extra guests without prior notice, an extra person fee will be charged for each additional person staying in a guest room.
